Kerri French is a North Carolina native whose poetry has been featured on Sirius Satellite Radio and was selected for inclusion in Best New Poets 2008, edited by Mark Strand. A recipient of the Larry Franklin and Mei Kwong Fellowship from the Writers’ Room of Boston, her poetry has also appeared in Barrow Street, The Southeast Review, Fugue, DIAGRAM, Natural Bridge, Barrelhouse, and Lumina, among others. She holds an MFA in Creative Writing from UNC-Greensboro and has taught writing and literature at Boston University, Mount Ida College, and UNC-Greensboro.
